Refund Policy

Every guide here is an instant digital download. Once a file is delivered it can't be returned, so all sales are final. That doesn't mean you're on your own if something goes wrong.

Our download guarantee

If your download link didn't arrive, the file won't open, or a page is missing, email us and we'll fix it or resend it the same day.

Bought the wrong guide?

Email us within 24 hours of your order and we'll swap it for the guide you meant to buy.

How to reach us

Email support@brightdough.com or use the contact page with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the guide. We reply within 24 hours.

Before you buy

Every product page shows what's inside the guide and sample pages, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
